Jennifer Laflamme is an artist specializing in textiles, natural dyeing, and painting. She has studied Fine Arts in Paris, Fashion Design in Toronto, and natural dyeing while living in Japan. Holding a BFA in Fashion Design from TMU, Laflamme draws on her Japanese-Korean heritage to explore traditional dyeing and pigment painting techniques. Her practice involves creating intricate painted textiles and sculptures that invite viewers into dreamlike worlds, rich in texture and detail, while examining the intersections of fabric, memory, and form. Laflamme has exhibited her work in Mexico City, New York and Japan and has participated in residencies in Japan and Mexico,
